Assistant Director of Food Services
Alroy began his career as the lead line cook for an upscale restaurant in Buffalo, NY for three years, upon which he moved to New York City and started a new job with Brookdale Senior Living. At Brookdale, Alroy held the position of Supervisor Lead Line Cook for three years, and was then promoted to Corporate Director of Dining Services for five years. As the Corporate Director, Alroy was responsible for training staff, controlling budgets, and implementing quality standards. As a ServSafe proctor and instructor, Alroy also enjoys educating staff in becoming ServSafe certified!
