Director of Food Services
Anthony worked at SUNY Downstate for thirty years with ARAMARK food service and Sodexo food service. He started out as a dietary aide, and worked his way up the ranks to senior lead chef and operation manager assistant. Anthony worked at sister community The Chateau at Brooklyn as the food service manager for twelve years; for a period, he was acting director. He studied electrical technology at NYCTC for two years, and then went on to BMCC to further his studies. He has always loved food, and the pleasure of seeing folks enjoy his cooking. Anthony received his certification of food management from Lutheran Medical Center and a certificate of culinary arts from Sodexo culinary institution.
