Victoria Malev, RD, CDN
Victoria was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, the city known as the cradle of the Russian Revolution. She began her career in healthcare by attending Pharmaceutical School in Russia. Then, her path led her to Israel, where she met the famous Dr. Marshak, and assisted him in his oral surgeries. In 1995, Victoria moved to United States to explore different methods of alternative medicine and their applications. Nutrition grabbed her attention and she attended school to receive a B.S. in Nutrition. Prior to her graduation in 2000, she discovered a position in a long term care center and has since supported long term care facilities in NYC. Victoria has served as the Chief Dietitian in several facilities including that of The Phoenix. She is a passionate person and loves to learn new things, so she considers herself to be an eternal student of knowledge. She never stops learning about nutrition and related discoveries. Victoria's motto, "The sky is the limit," has led her to explore more about the connection between body, mind, spirit and learning with energy healing. In her free time, Victoria dives into the cultural life of the city. She has become a cultural event promoter, as well as a Jazz gigs organizer.
