Melinda Zheng, MBA, RD, CDN
Director of Clinical Nutrition

Melinda received her MBA and Dietetic Internship at Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences at the University of Vermont. She has worked in healthcare for 10 years, including internships. She began at Phoenix Rehab as a Registered Dietitian and is now the Director of Clinical Nutrition. Helping people improve their health through food is her favorite part of the job. She enjoys building relationships with the residents and seeing their growth. Nutrition is an evolving field, so it’s nice to be constantly learning and staying up to date on new research. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring new food and cuisines. She likes anything active, yoga, pilates, boxing, going to the gym, and training for half marathons. Melinda was born and raised in NYC.
