Director of Food Services
Shane has worked in various food service operations for the past 15 years, as well as he has owned his own restaurant. In 2016, he decided to transition from the hospitality industry to Healthcare. Shane went from taking care of patrons in restaurants, to serving patients and residents in healthcare. Shane has enjoyed serving thousands of residents throughout the country, and his mission remains the same: to serve healthy, nutritious food to all residents, and to ensure that each individual is treated with dignity during their dining experience.
