Stephanie has worked in nursing for about 17 years and as a DON her goal has been to be the change she wanted to see as a former CNA, LPN, RN Supervisor and Staff Educator, looking at the care we provide from all aspects. Part of that goal has always been to provide patient centered care while keeping the families in mind. Working with the mindset of an "open door policy" not only for my employees but also for the patients and their families gives them the comfort of knowing the support during their stay will always be there. The other part is following up and circling back to ensure patient satisfaction and overall good outcomes overall.
