Jonas Weitzman, CNA

Upon graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in business and film, Jonas worked the tech-startup circuit in New York City. However, after seeing his grandmother’s experience with long-term care, Jonas pivoted his career to bring more love, joy, and dignity to skilled nursing. Since then, he has worked as a Certified Nurse’s Aide & Activities Director, and as a Concierge at sister community, The Riverside. Now, as the Concierge at The Phoenix, he has finally found a community that cares about its residents as much as he does. Jonas loves cooking, crocheting, and basketball… and can often be found chatting with residents about the New York Knicks!
