Melissa studied hospitality and tourism for four years. She has a passion for customer service care and public relations. In Melissa’s role as Concierge, she lives her passion, daily, as she ensures that the patients and families of the Phoenix are always well supported. Communication is paramount in this role, which is something at which Melissa excels. She enjoys viewing landscapes and trying new things in her free time.
