Sharon is pursuing an online Health Administration and management degree at the University of Phoenix. She began her healthcare journey 33 years ago as a medical assistant and transitioned to her administrative journey 22 years ago at the same facility. Making a difference in residents' lives allows her to impact the lives of my residents and their families directly; She hears them when they speak and when there is a need! That’s her favorite part of the job. Sharon loves cooking for her large family in her spare time, and she is often called upon for my potato salad. She loves the beach, and although she doesn’t get in the water, the ocean waves calm her. Sharon feels blessed to be part of Team Phoenix.
