She was admitted to The Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing Center on June 09, 2015 for our rehabilitation service after a hip replacement. She had difficulty in walking. She attended Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Monday to Friday, half hour in each session, no Speech Therapy was needed.

Once she arrived, I realized the TV is not working; I called for maintenance right away. She was surprised that how fast our maintenance staff brought up a new TV and took care the problem right away. She loves her religion, during the stay, she attended our church service and other activities provided by our Recreational Department. She really enjoyed our Karaoke program.

Upon discharging, she mentioned “I really want to special thanks to my therapy, Morris and Kimberly for taking a good care me. They really helped me a lot, I felt much stronger. Because I live on the 3rd floor, the stair exercise really helps me a lot. Also my 2nd floor nursing coordinator Ms. Allen, she’s so kind and always with a big smile.”
